The Patientline hospital communications terminal was created by CPD for a client who wanted to solve the problem of inadequate entertainment and isolation experienced by patients in UK NHS hospitals.

CPD created the product concept and engineered the system with the client's software input. The product was successfully installed in over 50% of UK NHS hospitals and much copied by others.
